Planning a trip raises lots of questions. Rest assured that we are here to answer all of your inquiries. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that we think will be of use to you. Read below, and if you have any doubts, please reach out.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Is this home safe for babies and children?
This home is safe. There are no gates at top and bottom of the staircase, but the house is safe for children.
The backyard is fenced in as well.
Are pets allowed?
Do to allergies - we currently do not allow pets. We may change that in the future but at the moment we do not allow.
How far are you from the beach?
The home is 2 blocks from the beach. It is a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to the Brunswick and Pier in 10 minutes.
